HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe is flexible, fully leak-free when heat-fused, and ideal for water supply, mining, gas and outdoor pipelines. PVC/uPVC pipe is rigid, jointed with solvent cement or rubber rings, and common for drainage, sewer and electrical conduit. We manufacture both and can advise which suits your project.
Our HDPE pipes are produced to ISO 4427, EN 12201 and ASTM/AWWA standards; PVC to ISO 1452 / ASTM. We can supply products with NSF-61 (potable water), WRAS and SGS test reports, and provide material certificates and third-party inspection on request.
HDPE pipe from OD 20 mm up to 1600 mm, in PE100 / PE4710, with SDR ratings such as SDR41, SDR26, SDR17, SDR13.6, SDR11, SDR9 and SDR7.3 (PN4 to PN25). PVC pipe is available in common metric and ASTM sizes. Custom diameters and ratings are available for project orders.
SDR (Standard Dimension Ratio) is the pipe outside diameter divided by the wall thickness — a lower SDR means a thicker wall and a higher pressure rating. For PE100, common matches are SDR17 ≈ PN10, SDR11 ≈ PN16 and SDR9 ≈ PN20. Send us your working pressure and medium and we will recommend the SDR.
HDPE pipe is joined by butt fusion (heat welding pipe ends), electrofusion (using fittings with built-in heating coils) or flange/mechanical connections for transitions to valves and other materials. We supply matching butt-fusion, electrofusion and flange fittings, plus jointing guidance.
Yes. We produce customized and fabricated HDPE fittings (large-diameter elbows, tees, reducers, manifolds), private-label printing on the pipe, special colours and co-extruded pipe. Send us drawings or specifications for a tailored quotation.
There is no rigid MOQ for stocked sizes; for production orders we usually consolidate to an efficient batch or container load. Typical lead time is 7–25 days depending on size, quantity and customization. We will confirm exact timing with your quotation.
Small-diameter HDPE pipe ships in coils; larger pipe ships in straight lengths (usually 6 m or 12 m) bundled and loaded into 20ft/40ft/40HQ containers or as break-bulk for oversized diameters. Fittings are packed in cartons or pallets. We optimise loading to lower your freight cost.
We export worldwide and have an established branch in the Philippines. We provide the full export document set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and test/material certificates — and can support letters of credit and required legalizations.
